"It is my desire to support people in finding their way towards healing through the inner connections that informed intuitive bodywork and acupuncture encourages. I am passionate about empowering my clients to recognize the incredible strength and resilience of their bodies. I hope to inspire them to embrace the healing process, understanding that it is both progressive and non-linear.
When we partner to undertake a healing journey, not only does the physical body transform, but the mind and soul as well. My treatments are gentle, yet deep. I make sure to listen first, to be guided by your voice and body, and encourage positive change with the least amount of discomfort. When you start making your own deep connections, moving gracefully through the ups and downs, getting curious about yourself and inspired - I know I am doing my job"
